- Rack Access Guides are available at the Dashboard of the Rack Portal
- In case of any point missing in the rack guide, you need to connect with the support team for getting direct support
- Only in case of physical rack issue, you will be refunded with the same rack booked slot credits.
- Exceptional Case: your rack duration will be extended only if the support team found any unusual issue from the rack side.
