By enrolling in any course or service offered by Hind Networks, candidates agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Registration & Enrollment

  • A candidate is considered officially registered only after full payment of the registration and administration fees.
  • Access to training sessions, course materials, and support services is provided only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Once payment is made, it is final and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided after payment under any circumstances.
  • Registration and administration fees once paid are strictly non-refundable.
  • Refund requests will not be entertained due to personal reasons, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or change of plans.
  • As Hind Networks provides training, material support, and resource access, all payments are treated as final.

Candidate Responsibilities

  • It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to notify Hind Networks in advance if they are unable to attend.
  • Any request for rescheduling must be submitted in writing and will be considered at the discretion of Hind Networks.
  • Failure to inform Hind Networks may result in forfeiture of rescheduling options.

Batch Allocation & Faculty

  • Training mode, batch allocation, and faculty assignment are entirely managed by Hind Networks.
  • Candidates do not have the right to choose or demand specific trainers, batch timings, or infrastructure facilities.

Cancellation by Candidate

  • If a candidate chooses to cancel participation after registration, no refund will be issued.
  • Hind Networks will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the candidate, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or personal arrangements.

Non-Transferability of Fees

  • All payments made to Hind Networks are non-transferable.
  • Fees cannot be transferred to:
    • Another individual
    • Another course
    • Any third party

Policy Updates

  • Hind Networks reserves the right to revise or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Updated policies will be effective immediately upon publication on the official website.
